Nick Subich is the President and CEO of YTS Wealth Management, which he co-founded in 2019 with a mission to raise the standard of personalized wealth management. Known for his commitment to excellence and relentless work ethic, Nick consistently goes above and beyond for both his clients and his team. He believes that true leadership is measured by action and accountability, always striving to deliver more than expected.

Nick began his career at Lincoln Financial Securities before transitioning to LPL Financial in 2020. Since then, he has led YTS through transformative growth by prioritizing client service, innovation, and a results-driven culture.

Originally from Johnstown, PA, Nick earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics from Lock Haven University. While in college, he played football and later served as an Infantry Officer in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. He concluded his military service as the Company Commander of Bravo Company, 1/109th IN in Williamsport, PA. The values of discipline, integrity, and service continue to influence his leadership style and decision-making.

Under Nick’s leadership, YTS Wealth Management has expanded from $85 million to more than $1.5 billion in assets. His achievement shave earned him recognition such as Forbes’ Best-in-State Wealth Advisors, Pittsburgh Smart Business 50, and Johnstown Magazine’s 35 Under 35.YTS has also been named one of the Best Places to Work in Western PA by the Pittsburgh Business Times and one of the Top 20 Wealth Management Service Providers by Financial Services Review Magazine.

Nick is actively involved in his community, serving on the Lock Haven University Foundation board. He lives in Murrysville, PA, with his wife Regina, their sons Anthony and Arthur, and their dogs Conan and Caroline. He enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Nick Frazetta, a graduate of Plum High School and currentChief Operating Officer and Partner at YTS Wealth Management, is a strategic,solutions-oriented leader known for his operational expertise and unwaveringcommitment to team success. Since joining YTS, Nick has been instrumental inoptimizing internal processes, enhancing cross-department collaboration, anddriving sustainable growth—culminating in his partnership in 2023 and promotionto COO.

Nick is widely respected for his strong work ethic, hands-onleadership style, and ability to solve complex challenges at the highest levelsof the organization. He actively mentors and guides employees acrossdepartments, helping to develop talent while fostering a culture ofaccountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Deeply committed to giving back, Nick annually supports thePlum High School baseball team by donating Nike cleats selected by the teamcaptains and has established a scholarship fund to support student-athletes inhis hometown.

He holds a B.S. in Economics from Penn State University andcurrently resides in Arlington, Virginia. Outside the office, Nick enjoysgolfing, staying active, and spending time with his family.
