Nick Subich is the President and CEO of YTS Insurance Agency, which he co-founded in 2019. Known for his commitment to excellence and relentless work ethic, Nick consistently goes above and beyond for both his clients and his team. He believes that true leadership is measured by action and accountability, always striving to deliver more than expected.

Nick began his career at Lincoln Financial Securities before transitioning to LPL Financial in 2020. Since then, he has led YTS Insurance Agency through transformative growth by prioritizing client service, innovation, and a results-driven culture.

Originally from Johnstown, PA, Nick earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Economics from Lock Haven University. While in college, he played football and later served as an Infantry Officer in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. He concluded his military service as the Company Commander of Bravo Company, 1/109th IN in Williamsport, PA. The values of discipline, integrity, and service continue to influence his leadership style and decision-making.

Nick is actively involved in his community, serving on the Lock Haven University Foundation board. He lives in Murrysville, PA, with his wife Regina, their sons Anthony and Arthur, and their dogs Conan and Caroline. He enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Nick Frazetta, a graduate of Plum High School and current Chief Operating Officer and Partner at YTS Insurance Agency, is a strategic, solutions-oriented leader known for his operational expertise and unwavering commitment to team success. Since joining YTS, Nick has been instrumental in optimizing internal processes, enhancing cross-department collaboration, and driving sustainable growth—culminating in his partnership in 2023 and promotion to COO.

Nick is widely respected for his strong work ethic, hands-on leadership style, and ability to solve complex challenges at the highest levels of the organization. He actively mentors and guides employees across departments, helping to develop talent while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Deeply committed to giving back, Nick annually supports the Plum High School baseball team by donating Nike cleats selected by the team captains and has established a scholarship fund to support student-athletes in his hometown.

He holds a B.S. in Economics from Penn State University and currently resides in Arlington, Virginia. Outside the office, Nick enjoys golfing, staying active, and spending time with his family.
